Let us introduce you to our newest system for our valued Sellers… HomeFeedback! This is a newly implemented system by our office which allows you to enter a username and password to view direct feedback on your home, anytime you wish! All you need is an email address and here is what you’ll get:
- You will receive your own personalized, secure feedback page that no one else can access.
- Receive instant feedback with comments directly from the Agent who showed your home.
- View past or pending showings on your home day or night. Compare the comments and statistics on your home anytime.
- There is no waiting for our office to call the Agent, then waiting for the Agent to return our call and subsequently, calling you with feedback.
- It’s fast, easy and effective!
We always call you to arrange the appointment before hand to make sure the day and time suit your family. Next, we enter the day and time of your next showing, along with the Agent who is showing it, into HomeFeedback. From there, the Agents are emailed immediately after the showing takes place and asked to provide feedback. This feedback is automatically emailed to you the minute they enter it. If after the first email request is sent to the Agent and there is no response, 2 more emails will be sent with the same request.
Of course, there is no need to feel left out if this HomeFeedback system doesn’t apply to you! We will do what suits your needs best! If you aren’t on the internet much or simply don’t own a computer, we will make all calls necessary to the Agent to bring you feedback as soon as possible.
If you are a current HomeFeedback subscriber with The Drew Scott Team and would like to view the activity on your home, please click on the HomeFeedback logo below and enter the username and password we emailed you previously! If you have any questions or concerns about HomeFeedback, please call our office at 735-8188 anytime! | | | | | |

Buying Land and New Construction >Lot Location
If you are buying land on which to build, you may be eager to get started. But before you leap into buying land, remember that location is the one essential element you won't be able to change. You will never regret taking the time to fully consider the setting for your home.
Make a list of the must-have features that will exist on your ideal piece of land. Do you require a lakefront property or a spectacular view? If privacy is high on your list, you may want to look for land that is heavily wooded, or purchase secluded acreage in a rural setting. Decide on the minimum size lot that will work for the setting of your home. Are you willing to build on a slope or a hillside? Knowing your requirements will help your real estate agent save you time by eliminating unsuitable properties.
Select two or three of your favorite neighborhoods and ask your agent to concentrate the search for land in those places. If you are building in an area you are not familiar with, drive or take walks around the neighborhood and talk to people who live there.
